As for the card transactions, just go to your history and click a transaction you want to know about. A popup with details will appear, and you will see the commission, if any. Yes of course, yesterday I have requeste the "plastic card" from their site. It costs only 4.99 $ and I have choose the "free shipping" option because the fast costs 99$ . When the card will arrive I will try to make a purchase on a physical store, link it to my paypal account and finally make a purchase on an online store.

Yes I am sure, because few days ago I have also linked the virtual neteller card (and I ahave m not verified my neteller account). So at the end I don't think it is a problem, but I will try when the card will arrive and I'll inform you here.

You can ask to ship that card to any address that you want, you can also use a postal service (inform you on your country postal service). Yes this is a good cart, finally you can send bitcoin to that account and spend them with the plastic (or physical) card in any physical merchant that are using mastercard (and obviously online).

You must be fully verified to have low limits. Also, if something goes wrong and you need to chargeback it'll cost you $35. Is there any transparency to this service provider?

Also: BitPay will charge around 5% from the exchange rate to load the card, they make it seem to be free (internal exchange rate) yet the fees are quite high.

Another thing: unfortunately, this card isn't a debit card which is linked to your wallet. All bitcoin is converted with BitPay's lower exchange (5% or so fees) to fiat when you fund it so you may suffer from the volatile exchange rate.

The BIT-X Debit MasterCard, for example, converts from your balance at the exact point in time when a transaction is initiated, so you don't lose out on exchange rate changes!
