This sounds like a good ideal @ 100% for us to be able to keep from loosing our investment in coins and pump and dumps happening so much . I personally like your exchange and think alot of others are starting too frown on it for ico coins that get pumped and dumped . Just like c-cex and even bittrex are getting it since it happens so much . So if you put a 100% buy wall and make the dev prove the coin it will save face on both parts .
SO YEAH , MAKE THEM PUT THAT 100% BUY WALL IN PLACE TO PREVENT THE PUMP AND DUMP COINS .
