You can join any signature campaign that allows Newbies to join and earn BTC with a fixed rate or with a pay-per-post rate.

1. "What" is a signature campaign.
2. And how much do you get paid?
3. How do you join one?
4. Is it something from bitcointalk.org or outside?

1 - you advertise a company by putting a link in your signature

2 - totally depends on the campaign. Some are fixed and some are per post. If you were an established member and wrote a lot you could get over 0.1 BTC a week.

3 - go to the relevant per campaign thread and follow the instructions there.

4 - outside companies coming here because this is where the potential customers are.
