I fail to see why someone want to play on this instead of some other popular dice sites or some well-made moneypot apps like Dustdice and Coining A Dice. To the very least, you need to rework the design and buy a cheap domain.

The beauty of moneypot let you to visit such site without giving any of your accounts credentials. There is no harm in visiting such site because your account data is protected in moneypot, apart from that there is also no harm to play in a "no-domain" site like this which everyone think might not be provably fair but it is provably fair because it uses moneypot's API

There is no harm in creating one because the developer bear no risk at all. Even if there is no one that play here, he got nothing to lose besides that he can play there by himself and got something back for each wager.

why? people might want to try it out, and the owner maybe does not have enough money for a domain, so he decided to get some from the game and then set up a domain, its like start for him

By "popular dice site", I was thinking about PD, JD, SD, PRC, Bitdice, Safedice, etc. I did not spell it out though.
The adjective I used to describe Dustdice and Coining A Dice is "well-made moneypot apps". I personally like them more than betterbets.io, but that is just my own preference.

Moneypot is designed to be an open system, that allows anyone, without permission or review to create their own apps. It's not unlike how anyone is free to use bitcoin without permission or endorsement from satoshi =)

And just like bitcoin, it's up to app developers to make their app interesting enough, or promote it well enough to be a success.

Thanks Ryan for make clear the allow of the new gambling sites which are using moneypot platform, i know moneypot is legit gambling platform but that is worrying situation when someone come with dice site like that.
