The money seem to be now at https://blockchain.info/ro/address/113ME2QVhZxR2a4tBUX3gjhvvxBoLKD5PA ; after thousands of transactions which happen shortly. I'm guessing it's a gambling site wallet, which makes me believe that the lender will never see them again.
