Need help with blockchain API!

Hi,

Does anybody here know of any way to make a bitcoin deposit/payout page?
I need to have an automated section that creates a new wallet each time a customer wants to purchase something like the one you will see on a fiverr.com checkout.
I also want it to have a timer for when the order page expires (15 minutes) and a QR code.

I believe blockchains api tells you how to accomplish this but it's examples are in PHP when my app is .NET.

If anyone knows a snippet of code please post below.
