There is Receiving adresses and Change adresses and when you use an adress it gets added to a tab called "Used" so I would like to know what is the change adresses tab used for ? thank you

Change addresses are addresses where your funds go if you don't spend the entire output of the transaction. They are added for extra privacy and to avoid address reuse
