You checked the spam folder ? if yes then simply use this : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=497545.0
Sign a message using an old adress you posted and you should be good to go .

I've had trouble with the recovery tool after the most recent data leak. Theymos manually sent me an email to my registered email which I did receive).
