They said they won't compensate. They stole me more than 10 Btc. Please leave them and save your funds. They promissed in press media to don't allow massive withdraw. Now they are not compensating.
look

My ask

"I can´t agree that because the trouble was in DDOS attack, the trouble here there are different people answering the same. If that would be right, you should allow me to deposit more and don´t loose everything for that DDOS attack which you agreed and said to compensate. I am tired with you. I am claiming for the only moment which price went 2330 and never return there and your web went down for minutes and you promised to compensate us. What kind of word are you professing if you are searching ways to don´t agree trouble of last week, only to the media press you are saying "yes it was our trouble and we have 2000BTC to compensate users". I am an user for long time and everyday tracking here to be talked like a new user. I am tired different people answer don´t agree what you published another day about trouble and compensation. You cant throw my trading work everyday to the garbage because your web went down and you agreed and you promised compensate."

Their answer
"Dear, sorry for the long wait. Your issue has been forwarded and discussed, however hope you can understand that we cannot offer a compensation for you. As it´s said in our blog "Concerning those who suffered losses as a result of being unable to access OKCoin’s futures platform on July 10th from 17:00 to 17:19, OKCoin will carry out proportioned compensation according to the user’s realized losses.", the compensation is limited and there will be a priority for the futures users. Again please kindly note that OKCoin is also a victim in these attacks, we have reported them to the national police for an investigation of the source of these attacks. We will increase investment in countering DDOS and CC attacks and improve our network infrastructure. Best Regards, Sherry --OKCoin Support
