How does one verify the authenticity of a bottle of brandy unless there is a known expert there to do so?

The pictures I've seen online the bottle is round whilst the picture you have seems like it has a flat side. For a $1000000 bottle of spirits they could have given you a better designed bottle.

From the pictures I've seen it appears to be shaped like a Pappy Van Winkle bottle, but extended a bit. (same shape)

Signature looks fine to me.  I've never seen another one though.  Perhaps someone will come out of the wood work who has.  Bitcoin is a small world.

That would be a huge air bubble, as if someone already opened it for a swig. Also the "air bubble" is asymmetric near the beginning of the signature. Very unlikely. I'm calling photoshop.

Ya someone opened this bottle for a swig...  .  Then they photoshopped it...   .

The seller is my go to Pappy Van Winkle connection.  They have sent me tons of pictures of the bottle and a good amount of paperwork pictures as well.  I absolutely believe this bottle is authentic.  I have never seen it in person though.
