This is really cheap but kindly teach the buyer how to use it and necessary safety precautions to be taken, I have seen a lot of domestic accident been caused by someone that forcefully opened a pressure cooker.

just make sure the pressure is low when try to open it in any way.. honestly, i barely used it you should seek advice elsewhere.. i think youtube would be a good start

I am using pressure cooker and I can guarantee that it is very good and fast when it comes to cooking but a certain precaution should be taken when using and you have mentioned one of it, the knob should also not be toyed with when it is working.
