I don't think such a thing exists anymore. Xapo used to give a few bits if I'm not mistaken, but they don't seem to be giving them now, at least I can't find anything about that on their website... Try and see what happens anyways

Circle.com has given away $5-10 worth in the past. I'm not sure whether they'll do it again. I guess you'll need to keep your eyes and ears open. Keep an eye on their twitter feed maybe and other big players like Coinbase. I guess as time passes offers like these will fade.

It's worth checking whether they have referral links too. You might get something if a friend signs up.

Coinbase was giving 1$ per signup using Facebook account and also 10$ (or something simillar) for users that have .EDU email accounts means for students .
there was Circle too but they stopped AFAIK .

there are... but be very careful. coinbase is trusted, but there are many very shady wallets. I'd stay away from free giveaway wallets to be honest
