Op, you need to post detailed explanation of what is going on with your PC. You also need to keep this discussion public because sending PM to people are not gonna cut it.
If everyone here would be able to see the details of your problems chances that someone encountered this error before and know what is wrong will read this are higher!

it might be an issue with your drivers; i want you to check for all updates and update all your drivers if they aren't already, and if everything is up to date, it might be that your usb devices are not formatted properly, windows has a took to format your usb drives to ntfs format, so try that second.

note: make sure that your drivers are all for 64 bit systems, 32 bit drivers, although unlikely that this is the cause, would cause this and more problems.
