Bitpap - Scam exchange & Idendity theft

So there is this guy who is doing announcements about this website and moderators are doing their job and deleting the posts when I report them. (not why they do that if they keep saying they don't remove likely scams)

But the guy keep coming back and post on Bitcointalk or StackExchange (Bitcoin section) or other website .

Here is what you should know about the website  :

On the button of the page , he says that BitPap Global Management Team are :

• Charles Cascarilla, CEO and Co-Founder
• Andrew Chang, COO
• Erik Wilgenhof Plante, Chief Compliance Officer

Yes , each one of those persons are what the website is claiming however not for BitPap but for "ItBit" and ehre is the proof : https://www.itbit.com/h/our-team
