What happend :

Today i got a pm from some user who asked to buy my localbitcoins account (i have more than 1) he asked me about the account AGE i told him 2 yrs~, so later we talked on skype about the deal and i did gave him the login details he then told me that this account is not 2 yrs~ old and i said to him that i give him 3 options : 1) il refund when i am back home 2) he could keep the one i gave him for the 0.021 he send me or 3) wait for me so i can find the older one.

Fine but just a few minutes later when he loged in i got an e-mail from localbitcoins that i am now on forced holiday ~i can proof this by timestamps~

So now is the question if i refuse to refund him i am a scammer? ~because of him the acc is on holiday now~

Thanks

You said it yourself. You won't refund him. That just means that you scammed him for a little money. Why don't you defend yourself on a thread that points you as a scammer?

Yep, even if you aren't really a scammer, however if you are tagged with a negative trust from DefaultTrust, then no one will trust you. Since you're just a newbie, just create a new account, and don't scam people here again. Then your new account will probably don't be tagged again.

Damn that went sour super quick lol.

It went from yeah I`ll return you the funds, to I give no crap. For buyer, just be relieved that the amount wasnt breaking more to .1 btc right?

anyways I hope you can earn that back eventually through posting.
