I think that looking for a "definitive" list of all the shops accepting BTC payment is a pretty presumptuous idea. Although for some may be a good idea (imho it is useless), you might have more luck just typing the goods you are looking for plus "bitcoin"

Eg of a properly done google query: mylittlepony peluche btc

Ohh no... by no means all.  Just "top" stores.  I imagine there are some stores that have cleared millions $$$ in BTC transactions.  Not "bubba's Craglist listing" though.

Dell,
Overstock,
Amazon,
Starbucks,

Stuff like that... I'm sure that there are probably 50-60 major retailers that have some way to spend BTC.  Some directly, some indirectly.

I think a good list would be ordered by the total volume in sales that company / site does.  Not Bitcoin sales, but total sales.  This gives you a feel of how "big" the company is or how much "stuff" they sell.

In that regard
Amazon $88 billion / yr
Dell - $57 billion / yr
EBay - $17 billion / yr
Starbucks - $16 billion / yr
Overstock - 1.5 billion
.
.
.
BitPremier - 0.001 billion / yr Wink

There are some lists on Bitcoin.org and the bitcoin wiki that list places that accept Bitcoin. Most of them are online, but some are also physical stores.

I guess why not , making a list would be helpful for users around here . I guess you should rename "Starbucks" to "Gift cards" though .
Also , you should add NameCheap.com for buying domains using BTC .

Why?

Well the websites you mentioned aren't for Starbucks only mate . They are for all websites that offer gift cards including Google Play , ITunes etc ..  so I'am not sure why you would say it's for starbucks
