Default transaction fees are higher than that amount; I'd just not loan it in that case. It's a two-cent loan with collateral.

well i cant do much of my neg trust ,,,it was a misunderstanding.. i paid back all dues .. not scammed anyone .. i tried to contact with members who gave me neg rap but they didn't respond back .. and some neg rep was given by scammers too .. cant do much ..

He wont take any collateral, take a look at his post history. He is lending out btc to some members even newbies without any collateral. I'd say he is giving away instead of lending
