Two-Factor Authentication is an opt-in feature available to all users on the platform. It can be accessed through user Settings on the top right corner of the BitGold Dashboard. bitgold seems like a fraud or scam, atleast to usa members, I have no way to withdraw there, I can not send money or receive money (which is standard for usa members) They denied me twice for the debit card (even after sending id and statements) and they had that bitcoin withdrawal "coming soon" since they opened.  I am glad I did not deposit that much on bitgold.
