Your link is to an "address" not to a tx.

You'll see there are five other "inputs" which is where the large amount actually comes from (the 0.00000001 is just one of the inputs).

If you look closer you'll see that the vast majority of the funds came from this address: https://blockchain.info/address/1LagHJk2FyCV2VzrNHVqg3gYG4TSYwDV4m

0.00000001 was sent to the address in the first transaction and then 0.00000001 was spent from the address in the second transaction.
