Why are you looking for 2013 accounts? Why isn't it 2009-2012, 2014, 2015? Are you buying their potential activity? However some/most of them don't have it. If you want potential activity, you may state it. Having an account registered in 2013 and having Member rank means the same as a April 2015 account of Member rank.

i can help you with this but why you need account from 2013 this requirment "must be registered in 2013" if you think you will increse activity fast then this will not happen this trick youed to work but not anymore or there are some other reason ?

OP is looking a Member account of 2013. His budget should not be enough for your 2012 Senior account, and your account is not created in 2013, though.
