i am planning to use Windows server 2008 R2

what is the best pool software i should install for creating a litecoin pool?

and is there a instruction's on how to set it up on windows.

ArtForz fork of pushpoold is the only pool software I know of that supports Litecoin.

Additionally, I don't think I've seen anyone build it for Windows, only Linux. (THAT being said, I kept getting memory leaks in Ubuntu, so Cent/RedHat seem to be the best choice).
