Indeed. I can fund this loan if the Hero account has neutral (or positive) trust and a message signed with an address (or PGP key) posted 3+ months ago can be provided.

OP confirm you can do that. If you can't then nobody should take that account as collateral and therefore shouldn't give the loan.
