however, i want to suggest that, instead of all the threads decrying the foundation, let's just see what the hell they actually end up doing before hurling those stones.

I have a better idea. Let's let them earn some positive feedback before we believe their organization is of value and furthers bitcoin name.

I don't think throwing stones is necessary, but healthy skepticism and voicing concerns seems totally reasonable.

Pffft anyone can get certified as knowing how to operate a safe, secure site and still rip people off and still technically get hacked so that's not the best idea.  Paying Gavin isn't a terrible idea but wouldn't he have like a bajillion BTC already anyway if he hopped in fairly early? lol.  If he's got $millions$, he can volunteer his time, damn it! lol
