It's not clear whether or not this electricity fee isi ncluded in the contract price or not, you might want to clarify that

so what proof is there is of this mining operation?  photos dont mean much. 
is there a video of you guys giving a tour?
and why keep the address you mine to private?  it additional proof that you are really mining and not operating a ponzi as many other cloud mining scams have been.

It would be very good if you recorded a video of the miners including your name on some papers etc, photo is easy but non-reliable, also if you want to be even more transparent give us the address your pool is mining to so that we can check your blocks.
