this is normal (maybe)  let me find a link

forget that his wallet crashed but notice  that his wallet switched addresses.

This is on purpose read this thread it should help you understand a little more

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1136964.0

also look at this transaction

https://blockchain.info/tx/6f71b220e4ac5c594bf238ddcb906cc1a79a99215cf413ec4f5978a0a04c1197

wallet address  1CEu….

 paid my wallet address 16yL….

 and swapped coin into 17W5…

so this is most likely what happened to you.

open your wallet  and see  if you have the ability to send money.

You should have an online wallet like blockchain.info

https://blockchain.info/wallet

use very little coin in it (under 0.1 btc)  so if it gets robbed it is only 20 bucks.

if you had this as a hot wallet you could open you bitcore-qt wallet and send the blockchain hot wallet 0.02 btc to see if I am correct.

I have 3 hot wallets with about .1 to .5 btc in them  and I have my off line wallet with more coin.

My guess is is that the "problem" is actually just a change address. Your wallet will send whatever change to another address that it generates. You shouldn't check block explorers like blockchain.info to monitor your balance but actually check your wallet to see if your balance is still there.

he sent me a few pm's I am not sure what he is about.  this does not need pm's to fix.

from his pm's  sent to me he did a few things already and he may have lost his coins based on what he did with to fix what he thought was a problem.

I do believe it was a simple wallet  address change but now I am not sure what he has done to his wallet.

your wallet is not for btc

the pm's you sent to me show me it is for another coin

you need to post in the alt coin forum not here.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=67.0

@ mods please move this thread to alt coins.

op is asking me via pm about CREVA coin wallet

he has an issue with  CREVA coins not BTC

I do not know anything about that coin or its wallet.
I asked mods  to move your thread.

Let it rebuild. Click Yes. It is ok, your coins aren't going anywhere. You need to understand that the transactions are public and can be spent as long as you have the private key, which is kept in your wallet. Rebuilding the databases won't affect your Bitcoin but it will take a long time.
