Looking for some old dev software

Im looking for a copy of the CONText text editor and Highlighter files and compiler plugins from 98/97

And The AXE hex Editor from around the same time frame I think it was the first edition.I thought the program was abandoned as that is where I originally got my copy.Now I see it is a shareware program. they ran on 98/to Xp

I would be supremely grateful if anyone could help me out or point me in the right direction.I have been looking for these files for 5 years now and cant find any copies.I lost all mine in House fire back in 2010.

EDIT:Let me clarify "I cant find any good or reliable copies"
