There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

There is a website called Crypto De Change, they sell UK gift cards for stores like Marks & Spencer in exchange for BTC Smiley

I use Gyft, but I will have to try the other one that has a 20% discount for using BTC.

In the past, Gyft did not require 1 conf to use the gift card you purchased. I did not notice the change until about maybe 1 month ago.
