Is anyone else having trouble with the original posters link?

https://localbitcoins.com/ad/213569/purchase-bitcoin-leupayeu-worldwide-credit-cards-bank-transfers-united-states

When I go there, all it ever tells me is that he's on vacation or has no bitcoins. But he tells me but others aren't seeing this and he's conducted transactions since. Anyone know why I might be having this issue?

That means that he is out of Bitcoin in his local Bitcoin account. If you were hoping to use LBC escrow then you should ask him to send BTzc to his LBC account. If you were hoping to use escrow then you should contact someone you trust enough to send the related amount of Bitcoin to prior to sending him any kind of fiat.

A lot of people were upset with me so they left emotionally charged negative ratings. You will probably notice that I am not accused of not honoring my agreements, that I have not attempted to scam anyone, and that I am not accused of not scamming anyone.

What's the point of "honoring the agreements" AND "pissing of people"?

Best regards.

I honored every contract and agreement that I ever entered into. Some people just left me negative trust out of spite.

Hello,

cashintor1, I'm interesting by your offer.

I would like to exchange 70$ Paypal to BitCoin.

I know that I'm a new member here but I own a forum (with 300+ members and very active forum) so we can exchange there if you want.

If I send the payment as a gift in Paypal (I don't want this option still exists) the transaction cannot be reversed ?

Hope you will trust me.
