 I would like to hire someone to make a simple yet good looking website.

 It will be the prototype of the website I am considering to make in the future.

 It will be a website where people can bet against each other on coin-toss and rock paper scissors. That is it. This is all I need. A website where 2 strangers can bet if a coin will be heads or tails and they can also play rock paper scissors. For make the cost lower as much as I can , I want it to be play money rather then bitcoin for now. That would make things much easier. There will be no sign in or sign up , everyone can be "guest23141" and play , everyone will have certain play money when they start.

 Hopefully this is a simple enough request to make .

Website, but if you want the design to be really good (animations, etc) it'll be extra.
