Avast mail scanner during starting Electrum - what is it?

Hello to all.
When I starting Electrum, I've get Avast tooltip about scanning e-mail, see attached image.

Electrum was downloaded from official site https://electrum.org/#download (direct link https[Suspicious link removed])
This happens every time when I start this programm.
This happens at two different computers: Both Windows XP, on PC#1 electrum v 1.9.x, and in PC#2 version 2.3.2.
Is this mean Electrum send e-mail to somebody? How to disable sending this silent e-mail?
