Cloudbet is always legit for me, maybe just long confirmation times, i wouldn't worry until it gets to be a week then open fraud report.

Their site does say they keep the majority of their bank of bitcoins in cold storage. This might be the reason why larger withdrawals take so long for them to be able to remove from storage and then put in circulation. |
