TOR over VPN or VPN over TOR? Irrelevant, as far as I can see. If relevant, as it is logical that block TOR connections, so if you are using TOR over VPN, it is normal that you can not access, it is recommended to use VPN over TOR. This way your extreme is the vpn and should not block you. |
