You are very lucky. If you work with your computer for a long time every 20 minutes, you need to take a break for a couple of seconds to rest. Because during work at the computer we blink less and this causes dry eyes.

I have a work six times a week, and it ate all of my time. You need to go early and come back home so late that everyone's in the house are all sleeping , have 6 six hours of sleep and that's my daily routine. But on rest day, half of my day will be a cleaning day and the rest will be on this forum. I just got little time on this forum.
