There are going to be a lot of people with newly registered accounts who will be more then willing to give you a great rate for your Bitcoin. They will of course want you to send your Bitcoin directly to you and once you send them money they will never log into their account again.
Likewise, others should not send money directly to you either so you are going to want to use a trusted person to act as a middleman (escrow) to protect both parties.
