Yeah, I'd love weed, but now is to much expensive to buy it, especially in my country. 10 euros is one joint!

Now about how much... Depends of the situation and the people I can smoke more or less. One or two joints per week is fine for me. It makes me feel sleep better and start the day with full capacity. But, I have friends who smoke 2 joints per day, even if is 10 euros.
