I think your chances of finding a buyer for your bitcoin are going to be much greater if you outright accept a normal, forum based escrow service. Your price seems to be at least somewhat competitive however I don't think many/any people are going to want to trust a 2-of-2 multisig escrow as the risks are simply too great.

Your hypothesis: I won't send the Encrypted Private Key to the buyer when I've already received the FIAT money in my account.

This has nothing to do with scamming people, this has something to do with the will to hurt people for the sole pleasure to hurt people.

You can use a reputable escrow service when selling your bitcoin. Once that has a history of acting honestly and that has incentives not to run away with your trading partner's money

You don't understand, let me make that clear for you: you are running aways with your trading partner's money you are a scammer.

To avid scam you use escrows: I accept escrows.

If you receive FIAT money and are not releasing Escrow money that are already in the escrow address: you are trying to hurt people.

I don't know why you are implying that I'm here to hurt people, but that's not my proplem.

I'm just defending myself and my business.
