I can confirm that guy's legit. I sent him 0.09 - nine times the required amount - and I just received 8,100,000 BTC - nine times 900,000. There was somekind of whitespace character in the address, removed it and it shows as a valid address according to blockexplorer.

I flagged it as scams/fraud.

It'll be interesting to see if scammers/fraudsters manage to pull off many "big scores" -- in the age of instant Internet feedback and crowdsourced self-policing, it might be tough.
