Had the same issue. I unplugged all miners but 1, reinstalled the Zadig drivers and one at a time, plugged the devices back into the PC. Look in your Device Manager to confirm they are all there. If not, go through the procedure again, one at a time. Sometimes I have to unplug power, wait a few seconds then plug back in. Usually they start again with in 1-3 minutes.

EDIT: Hat tip to dogie

When the subject of buying BTC with Paypal comes up, I often remember this:

Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

No, but when they were not working, they did not show in DM. Once they show in DM, they should work.

Are you seeing this before or after the Zadig installation?

Plug 1 in and run the Zadig driver. Check DM and confirm the miner is there under USB devices.

Are you going to the Options menu and select List All Devices? Then reinstall?
Mine show as: CP2102 USB to UART Bridge Controller.

Removed all drivers,

hard shutdown computer

re-install driver...

keeps moving to port section..

"Silicon labs cp210x USB to UART Bridge (Com4)"

still failing on it doesn't know device

You can try to uninstall the drivers, and remove the actual driver from the system then reinstall.

I didn't have to, just removed from DM and it had an option to completely remove (uninstall).
