Hello all. A little help needed. My spondoolies sp 20 was working great but now it dont. I have a feeling the controller board went bad but am not sure. I cannot get it to boot up. I tried the SD card method to boot it and it wont boot up. question 1: if the hashing boards go bad, should I still be able to access the log in page of the miner?
The miner is not pulling an ip addy. The Ethernet lights blink but the green light next to the Ethernet port does not light up. It would usually light up green or yellow but now does nothing.
Please help.
It was working fine. Then I tried plugging in a edimax usb wireless nic to get wireless going. The web interface detected it and I got a connection. I then powered it off and transported it to another location ant that is when it failed to word. I have tried it with and without the usb wifi.
When the power is turned on, the fan spins on high.
Does anyone have a controller board they would sell? I love this miner and want to get it back up n running.
How can I tell if it is the Controller or the hashing boards?
try the hair dryer trick.
blow a hair dryer into the intake get it warm then power up and boot.
