Welcome! I'm fairy new myself (about a month).
(snip!)
Nick

Congratulations on your decision to come out as a fairy.  The first month is the hardest, it will get easier from here  Tongue

In all seriousness, my introduction:

I'm a n00b and wannabe anonymized BTC grey-market entrepreneur.  So far I have started two projects but in both cases, after a few days of implementation work, someone put up a web site and announced that their vaporware implementation was almost ready Cry

Anyhow to prevent this from happening again, I'm contemplating entering a much more saturated market: online BTC gambling Smiley

I am new here, but have an extensive online history.  An eBay account with 100% feedback, a longtime Youtube account, and am staff on a fairly large site.  I would link all of those here, but why ruin anonymity?  If I deal with anyone, I will provide all of that info.

I have been a lurker for a while now, I have 213 BTC in my wallet from messing around late last year, and pretty much forgot about it after last January.  I saw something about Bitcoin on Gizmodo, and I was amazed to see how high it had jumped!  I figure that now would be a good time to start contributing to the community, seeing as how BTC has a chance to be the first real decentralized currency.  I work in an industry that would greatly benefit from Bitcoin catching on, so here is to the future! Smiley

Amazing to see the breadth of people who have found an interest in this ! glad to have met you! I hope to have 213 BTC in my wallet soon!  Grin

They call me Atlas on the sovereign web. As for real life, the name's Immanuel. I want to build things and dream of doing so all the time, in the name of assuring my own happiness and the pursuit of it for my fellow sentient beings. I see Bitcoin as a creation that will further these goals.

Godspeed.

Immanuel nice to meet you!  I'm looking forward to helping build things and dreaming big! Grin

I'm "edd" here and on other online forums and I created a twitter account for my coffee site, @BitBrew. Now, if just a few more of you guys would buy some beans from me, I'll quit my day job and tweet a lot more, promise.

BitBrew sounds like a great idea! I'll have to check it out!  Followed  Grin

Hello Everyone;

Newbie here, with no excuse to be so, and kicking myself for not being involved earlier.  Still, I believe Bitcoin has quite a future and I am happy to associate with such an interesting group.

I've already managed to lose my first 0.02 by forgetting the password, and am in Dwolla-Mt.Gox limbo waiting to buy my first few, looking at the stories here I'm amazed at how exponential growth has been.

Looking forward to being involved in this community.

Hi all, Just heard of bitcoin there on Reddit and seems very interesting and fast moving.
I'm not sure if the mining/buying idea is best yet but hope to get involved soon
