They gave me Promo code when I register .

Now I want to buy 1 Year Bitcoin Mining contract .

Can I use my Promo code to have the discount or should I use other people Promo code.

You can always try the promocode they have given you or you can use another that are posted on the web or on the forums.

There are lots of users with codes out there.

What I do know though is that for 1 year contracts the 5% codes only allow up to 2.5% discount so as most users have 2.5 % discount, then find someone who you think deserves it.

If you purchase a lifetime contract though, then any code that advertises at 5% etc, then should work at 5%

You can always try a code when you purchase as on one of the screens is a box where you fill in the code and it normally will tell you whether the code is valid or not.

I suggest you to buy 1 year contract as you planned, not lifetime. ROI is better in 1 year contract.

That code mentioned is also 2.5% when used with 1 year contracts.

0.5 TH/s on the lifetime contract will cost you approx 0.8 BTC while the same amount of power will cost you only approx 0.521 BTC on the one year contract. I would definitely opt for the 1 year contract since "lifetime" is a rather relative term in crypto.

If you are ordering 1.5TH with a 1 year contract which costs 435 USD, it should work. I guess your card is not being accepted for whatever reason. You might need to give your bank a call or it might be that the company GM uses for credit card processing is blocking it as i know that some card companies can block payments depending on location etc.

If you are ordering a large amount then a code is better than getting a 10 USD off. A 2.5% discount off a 1 year Master contract @ 1.5TH/s at 435 USD will save you just over 10 USD so use that 10 USD code for another time

Really! 5%??..Funny cos you actually get less discount than a 3% code   I would say your code is 2.5% like 99 percent of all codes out there except a few review sites that can offer a real 5% discount code and only for Lifetime contracts. All 1 year contract codes are fixed at 2.5 %.

I put my code in as a test and I put yours in and guess what, I had a bigger discount with mine than yours.

Stop trying to fool people. If you keep misleading people and luring people to use your code then all that will happen is that people will complain and if they complain to GM about it, they will take action and you will probably have your code blocked.

Is that something you want??

Hi.

We have had a few complaints recently from customers and users on various internet sites or social media where they have either seen or they have been mislead into using codes that are not what they really are.

I can see in this thread alone in recent posts, two promo codes that are misleading customers. Both are not 5%.

We shall investigate these codes and could take action, for example blocking codes or even removing the free hashpower given, as it really is not fair for our users and customers to be using these codes, not realising that the discount is less than they think they are getting.

We ourselves have been getting complaints as if we were the ones at fault by not giving out the correct discount on an order where infact it was the code itself that was misleading the customers that used them.

We do sometimes release our own codes, recently we had an 8% code which was valid for a few days and related to our new Live Streaming website and also had a code where a 10 USD discount was given.

Most of the codes out issued by us are at most 5% for lifetime contracts and 2.5% for 1 year contracts.

A few news and review sites offer a 5% code too for Litetime and 2.5% for 1 year contracts.

The max for 1 year contracts is 2.5%. and never more unless it is a code specifically released by us.

All of our users have their own promo code, some of our very old users have a 3% code for Lifetime contracts and 2.5% for 1 year, but most of our users have 2.5% discount for both 1 year and Lifetime contracts.

So please bear that in mind. If you see anyone with a code that is advertising discounts higher than 3% for Lifetime and is not a review site or a Bitcoin news site, please PM us here or contact us and we can check to see if the code is really what it make it out to be and if not, we will take action against it.
