https://localbitcoins.com/buy-bitcoins-online/usd/western-union/ would be a better option to buy those bitcoins then attempting to scam or getting scammed on here for western union payments.

How much BTC do you need? Guess I'm a little bit late, but still..
I wouldn't recommend you to use localbitcoins, their rates / fees are so bad and high.
