Are you trying to raise fund for this project or you just want us to know about your project development.

 Just talking about it. I would like to share it before hand so I would have a place to follow . I have it for the gambling ones as well which they do not exist. I will start dice website with moneypot with some ancient rome theme , after that I will do a pvp bet website all owned by me and after that its this idea.

There are some free scripts for all these your projects just look around or ask in a new thread.

That is quite acceptable because it will not be nice to buy what you can get for free.
Simply open a new thread asking for a trusted designer for what you need.
