I've just recently signed up for Betchain, and 1 thing I noticed on the Roulette table is, whenever you are winning the odds turn against you.
if you win too many times, it will make you loose a bunch more times, always preventing you from accumulating money.

My question is, being that this is a computer program, how do we trust it's not programmed to be on the websites favor?

I just lost my last $5....  I feel like betchain took advantage of me

From their site:
Provably Fair gaming is a technology that is unique to Bitcoin gambling that makes it impossible for a player or casino to cheat. Suspicious plays can be checked using a Bitcoin cryptographic has function, proving the results are indeed calculated properly and fairly. This type of provability does not exist in the world of land-based casinos or traditional online casinos, making Bitcoin gaming a more reliable and trustworthy form of gambling.

We are yet to see someone take advantage of this "provably fair" feature.  Roll Eyes

Most of that is fallacy. Why do you think you can keep winning in a game that is -EV for the gamblers ?

Best thing you can do if you believe its rigged is, change your Client seed and verify each roll as they are provably fair.

If you need something provably fair, go to play poker. JK poker is just a relaxing strategy to win, not against a machine(most of the times) Roll Eyes

 The problem is ;

 How do you know the real casinos are not rigged? How do you know the online casinos are not rigged?

 As far as I know the only true casinos are bitcoin provably fair casinos , they at least have a way of saying "look we are not screwing you and this is our proof" , and I know no other casino that can do that.

I haven't played there but if they're provably fair then there must be a way for you to verify your rolls, so if you're in doubt just check each and every one of your rolls and see if verifies correctly, this is their page where they explain how provably fair works and how can you verify your bets: https://www.betchain.com/provably-fair

Also, read this : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1115997.0
It explains the importance of House edge and how it always plays a hand and why the house always ends up winning more.

Here is another discussion on provably fair, you might find some good answers there: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1118102.0

Real casinos are not rigged because when multiple people gamble, they can't just verify the results on the go as in blackjack you can't just bust the player by putting in extra cards of any value.

Online casinos have to be provably fair to eliminate the possibility of them being rigged.

That's the point, online casinos aren't rigged.
