According to blockchain.info, it seems like this transaction is using an input that hasn't confirmed yet.

You need to wait for the previous transaction to confirm before yours is picked up. You did the rest just fine.

The problem is that you failed to pay a transaction fee when you sent this transaction about 20 minutes earlier:

The transaction you are asking about will not confirm at all until/unless the previous transaction confirms first.  The lack of a transaction fee could result in it taking a very long time for the transaction to confirm.

@op to follow up on Danny's info.

Miners are able to reject transactions based on many reason's including fees.

Some pools will not do your fee less transaction.

Other pools will order transactions by the  fee price paid   so if you pay 0.00005 btc and I pay 0.00006  I go ahead of you.

The suggested fee is 0.00005 low end and 0.0003   high end.

0.00005 is about 1.4 cents

0.00030 is about 8.3 cents

this will let you know btc to usd

your 0.1 btc  is about 27 usd  the fees above are far lower then any check fees  keep it in mind for the future.
