Its too easy and not worth of Paying , i suggest you to try yourself if you are not Lazy enough , there is a tool in Photoshop called "Brush Tool" . use it press "Alt" the and click on the area that you want the watermark to be replaced with and then release the "Alt" button from key board and then gently rub the brush over the watermark and it will go away and merge with the Background.

Else , if you are Too lazy then hire some guy to do this job and Lose some coins.
Good Luck !

The areas behind the watermark are mainly blocks of solid colour.  Any graphics package (even MS Paint) will let you zoom in, pick a colour from the picture (with the eye dropper) and then use that colour with a pen (or brush) to go over the watermark.  It would be fiddly but i bet you could do it in an hour.

Wouldn't it be easier to ask the member from deviantart for permission to use the picture? They might even let you use it for free if you ask nicely Smiley

Agree, ask the author of the picture for permission or maybe instead of paying us to remove the watermark, pay the author to use the image Smiley
I think its rude to use this picture without his permission

You'd end up in a irritating load of legal issues if the artist decides to ask for his license from you and you can't show it. Rather pay him for the original image.

There is also Gimp (http://www.gimp.org); it has many of the same functions available in Photoshop, including the one everaja mentioned (I believe Gimp refers to it as Clone Tool) - and best of all, it's free. Smiley

But I also agree with newflesh: just ask for permission to use the image Aleator. Depending on your use case you might have to give credit to the author somehow, but most people on Deviantart will be happy that their work is getting attention, and are probably willing to help out and / or reach some sort of compromise.
