What is the reason to sell the site? Looking at this years numbers I wouldn't know why to sell at this point.
Plus is there any regulatory oversight?
Would you mind answering my questions? First thing to note is that PRC is currently crowdfunded. So that profit is split between the people providing the bankroll and not to me. Someone looking to buy should fund the bankroll themselves, probably around 500-1000 Bitcoin would be fine, and thus gain 100% of the profit. I am looking to sell because I think someone else could grow PRC further than I can alone. I am looking into some other non gambling related ideas I would like to pursue also. Thanks. And the regulatory oversight? Did you do any research into that? And, but that's more a free bit of advice, it might be good to compile a package with details for seriously interested parties. The OP is interesting as a start but leads to a lot of questions and as you saw specific questions about the way the site is run and hard numbers.

Hi Sorry but I don't really see where the confusion is or what hard numbers you are looking for? All the stats are in the OP, except profit is up almost 100 Bitcoin since posting, and they are all public on the website and recorded by various 3rd parties such as http://dicesites.com/pocketrocketscasinoIn regards to the way the site is run there's not too much work to do if you plan to keep it as a dice site only. Few support emails now and again with people losing password and topping up the hot wallet every so often.

Do you have a serious offer? If that's the case I don't suppose you can elaborate on what the offer is?

Do you have a serious offer? If that's the case I don't suppose you can elaborate on what the offer is? I have had interest by someone who may offer quite a bit more than what the starting bid is here but due to the size of their company and speaking back and forth with middleman even if it was to go anywhere I certainly wouldn't hear back before Friday.

If the person interested has not put in an offer that I can post here as an official bid by Friday then any bid in here will win. If someone puts in a bid but they are not legit like they are an obvious troll/spam or do not have the funds to cover their bid then I will continue the negotiations with the other person until the end of the month. If there is no buyer after that I will not be putting the site up for sale again and will continue running it myself. Thanks

Reading that it sounds like not many bitcoiners have this amount of spare bitcoins anymore. Probably most were beaten down by scams or have started their own projects that bind the coins or went down too.
So paying the price for the website and filling the house is a huges step.
On top there are not so many forum members that are completely anonymous and running such we casino might mean a risk.
Of course the new owner could decide to still allow investors. Though the price for the casino is still a huge hurdle.
I would not know how or where to sell it otherwise.

Besides that... i agree it will be hard to get an escrow for that amount of money. It's fearsome to hold that much i imagine. And even established escrows might run since it might be that that amount of money is enough to throw their morals over board.
I disagree with this part. My personal integrity has no dollar limit to it. If someone offered me $1 billion, and had it, in cash, right now, asking me to do something I disagree with, it would affect nothing. I don't care if others could live with my decision -- I care that I wouldn't be able to. And to me, stealing by using someone's trust is the ultimate act of betrayal. I wouldn't even steal from someone I absolutely hate, much less someone I don't. You are right. There are certainly honest people on the forum. For example dooglus, who held thousands of bitcoins on his dice-site and he paid them all back when he decided to stop using bitcoins. Or some escrows held thousands of coins over time or at one time and they paid it back. Saying that... i'm with you, i never would scam, regardless of the amount. BUT. We might be made this way. That does not mean that all others are so too. I mean you have read the scam accusation against Maidak? Once a very trusted legendary member. Then he decided to take on deals he knew he could not solve. He still owes thousands of dollars now. And there are others i know that would turn scam the moment they would have enough coins. Only because you and me would never do that... there are others that would.

I know people could be worried by that but just around a month ago PRC had it's highest investment with me looking after 5000 Bitcoin of other peoples funds. The starting bid is 2000. I have since been force divesting 10% of that each week and have processed over 1000 Bitcoin in withdrawals since then. You can see the PRC investor cold wallet still has 3713 Bitcoin in it here https://blockchain.info/address/1FhxjhFb1YudGC1vtV4FuLpQc2uHzq3XFdI don't know of anyone I trust enough here on the forum to escrow for me and have proven myself trustworthy enough over the past few years. If anyone puts in a bid the terms will have to be that they transfer the funds to me first before I hand over the domain and assets. A reminder that the auction ends in a little over 24 hours. Thanks

Maybe some kind of title company could be used as escrow (similar to how real estate deals are done). Most title companies routinely are in possession of millions of dollars worth of customer funds. This would allow a sale to be done more formally to prevent any question of legal ownership in the future.
If both parties *really* want to do the transaction in a way that most 10BTC trades are done on the forum then someone like Dooglus could act as escrow as it is my understanding that he was holding tens of thousands of BTC on behalf of his investors (when the USD price of btc was higher).

I believe that this kind of a "trade" should be done in person and handled in a legal matter.

I believe that this kind of a "trade" should be done in person and handled in a legal matter. Indeed. I wouldn't be interested in escrowing a deal like this. There's too much that could do wrong.

I think finding escrows in general would be tough here. If either side feels like they were wronged and the escrower doesn't side with them, that's going to destroy their reputation. It's a high-risk situation.
