It's only on one exchange and the first day or days of trading is always price discovery.  

It's like how they say if you're negotiating you should make the first offer, so as to anchor the price. It looks like that's what they've tried to do by only allowing themselves to trade first on Kraken.

Jesse Powell thought Bitcoin was going to hit $1,000,000 per BTC in 2014.  Yeah he sure seems like a great source for price prediction..

This is just like all the "cryptocelebrities" (I use the term lightly) who thought PayCoin was worth more than the $10 it was selling for, or worth more than the $20 price guarantee.

I'm waiting for the alpha release before I even touch my presale wallet.  Only retards would dump their wallets right now. I invested because I genuinely think the idea is sound. And from what I've seen, they have the ability to pull it off.  It's the Facebook to bitcoins MySpace. $10/ETH by the next week.

Lets not kid ourselves. BTC has a 4 BILLION dollar market cap. ETH has a 168 MILLION market cap. Thats a factor of 23 smaller.
Bitcoin's success is an essential prerequisite to the success of any other crypto, at least for the next decade. By all means hope for an ETH moon shot but not at the expense of BTC.

4 billion isn't that much in the grand scheme of things.  And Ethereum has a lot of advantages over any other blockchain to date.

The second gen coins we had already, fell in the water like everything else.

What just happened? Ethereum's price went down from $3.22 to $0.65 That was a huge price drop. Take a look below:




They're really cheap now. So the best bet would be to buy some more and hold them until the price goes up. Just my opinion

In a tentative observing situation as well its trading at a 50% discount from Pre-Launch price with good volume on poloniex 1000 BTC trading back and forth so how far it can go remains to be seen.
Sub 0.002 would be ideal though for an upside potential in my opinion or 60% off IPO
