According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

It's largely positive, and there are no big factual errors. This is the kind of mainstream news I like Smiley

It mentions that professional investment firms are looking closely at Bitcoin. And that the main corncern is 'security', although it doesn't discriminate between the protocol and wallets.

Wow, I first thought the guy from that Hedge Fond that investigates investment strategies with bitcoin is bitcointalk's own finance expert S3052, but he denies it. So it turns out we actually have some other professional speculator on board. I look forward to his products (like that sentiment indicator tracking investors moods).
