The bid on kraken is over $2... Why would someone sell at less then half that rate?

1. Did not realize.

2. It might dump on Kraken, I think only level 4 verified users can do this right now. Also, not everyone might be on kraken, some might only be able to do Polo. If they got in ICO, $1 should still be profit.

I also mentioned I am willing to negotiate.

Offer $2, see what I respond with, I would most likely do that.
